processing rental agreements,
receiving and administering
deposits and payments.
Fee: 1 month rent |
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
Includes Leasing and Rental
Service PLUS: monthly rent
collection and itemized
accounting statements, periodic
inspection of property (both
interior and exterior),
processing payments for
necessary repairs and
coordination of monthly
maintenance services.
Fee: 1/2 of 1 month rent
(leasing fee) plus
10% of monthly rent (per month) |
HOME CHECK SERVICE:
Perfect for owners who do
not rent their homes. This
service includes security and
physical checks, mail
collection, coordination of
monthly services (lawn, pest,
pool etc.) flushing toilets,
running water, checking A/C,
watering plants, facilitating
necessary repairs and
coordination of cleaning and
making the property ready for
the owner’s personal visits.
Fee: below 2000 Sq. Ft, $50
per month
above 2000 Sq. Ft, $60-$100 per
